We really liked Helios concept. With options of multiple layouts, we could easily find the layout matching to our taste. Also, with ability to move the walls, we can now customize our room sizes and create utility spaces.

Sunshine's commitment to not increase Super area unless the actual built-up area of the flat/tower increases, is very reassuring. I have seen some builders increase Super Area after booking, even if there is no visible change in the apartment or the common area in the tower.

I have not found any other project giving such high ratio of usable carpet area inside the apartment. I booked a 2450 sq.ft apartment which is open from 3 sides with only 2 flats in one floor and its carpet area is more than 84%. Also, the website is very good and it gives each apartment's carpet area details and I have complete transparency and visibility on what I am expected to get.
